
SEO audit and content partner for one of the largest label material producers globally
Ongoing SEO partnership since 2022. The collaboration began with a comprehensive SEO audit, after which I continued as the client’s dedicated SEO content partner. Based on the audit insights, we undertook a full SEO optimisation and website refresh, developing 30+ new content pieces. Content production was continuous throughout the first year, transitioning to a needs-based approach thereafter.

SEO audit support
The SEO audit included an in-depth current state analysis, benchmarking, opportunity mapping, keyword analysis, SEO content plan, and SEO training sessions. The audit was led by my project partner, but the work was divided between the two of us.
SEO keyword analysis support
We conducted an in-depth SEO keyword analysis, gathering relevant themes and keywords from various channels owned by the company and its competitors. The work was divided between me and my project partner.
SEO-based website restructuring
Recognising sustainability as a key focus area for the client, I created an entirely new website section/content cluster dedicated to this theme, incorporating a range of valuable keywords and related topics.
SEO audit results & training sessions
We conducted several SEO audit review sessions focused on different topics to offer the client a comprehensive overview of their website, the competition, and key growth opportunities. In each session, we shared valuable insights and practical SEO tips tailored for their marketing team to help boost long-term website performance.
SEO-optimised content production
I wrote and created all new SEO-optimised landing pages and blogs in addition to optimising some of their existing pages. The client was so pleased with the quality of my work, that they also requested my help in several important non-SEO-optimised landing pages and a few whitepapers.
Internal linking for SEO
To ensure an efficient site structure that allows crawlers to prioritise SEO-optimised pages, I developed internal linking guidelines. These guidelines included specific placements and anchor text recommendations to enhance both linking ease and SEO effectiveness.
Conclusion – 97% SEO visibility in relation to top competitor
The client has expressed high satisfaction with the ongoing SEO partnership. The initial SEO audit provided a detailed analysis of the business's current status and competitors' positioning. This process delivered tailored insights into priority areas based on the client’s resources, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics. The resulting SEO content and technical improvements led to significant gains in the client’s online visibility and search performance.
SEO Ranking: Organic visibility steadily improved throughout the partnership, fueled by the publication of 30+ new content pieces in the first year. The initial audit identified valuable, business-relevant keywords that were also relatively easy to rank for, maximising the efficiency of our efforts. Several targeted keywords achieved top search engine positions.
Sustained Growth: After the initial content-intensive phase, a needs-based content strategy ensured ongoing performance improvements while optimising resource use. This adaptable approach enabled timely updates aligned with market trends and business goals.
Competitive edge: At the start of the partnership, the client's SEO visibility was similar to that of top competitors. By December 2024, the client’s relative SEO visibility surged to 97%, compared to the top competitor's 3%.
